  1. What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

  2. How much is the climate resilience fee?
    2 € per room per night (information for 2026), payable upon arrival at reception for direct telephone bookings, while for online bookings it will already be included.

  3. Do you offer late check-out?
    Yes, upon availability. Please check with reception for availability and rates.

  4. Is there a shower room after check-out?
    Yes, there is. You can book it a day before your departure at reception.

  1. Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and rooms.

  2. How do I connect?
    You will receive a secret code upon check-in.

    Daily cleaning; towels changed daily, linen three times per week.
